We used the All Inclusive wedding package, a sheer dream, all the vendors knew each other, I guess they have worked together for decades, so it was excellently planned and flawlessly executed, super smooth, as Mike coordinated the entire event for us. The pictures are amazing exactly what we wanted from the photographer and the minister made us comfortable with his little jokes to help us relax. Overall a great experience.

Mike's experience guided our Menu selections for our upcoming party, he is a delight to deal with always available and can answer any questions for you, I totally understand why he is so popular when it comes to planning an event.

Mike and Tina worked with us to help plan our Church Dinner. The food was amazing quality and we had the Chef Carved Baked Virginia Ham, it was cooked perfectly, it was very well organized, no huge lines at the buffet, each table was escorted up individually, we will certainly be back and I know two of the girls are doing their weddings there also.

Mike and his team helped us plan our company Golf Tournament, we upgraded the food for the box lunches and dinner: the Cubans for lunch were amazing, hardly surprising he won awards for them, and then the dinner was out of this world, the Chef carved at station Roast Pork melted in your mouth, while the Italian chicken was spicy without being overpowering. A Great Day. Highly recommend, we will be back!!

We just started planning our wedding for next year, from the initial call Mike was on the job, he took time to explain to us exactly what was going to happen and when, he answered all our questions with ease and confidence, putting us at ease from the moment we met him. They have an all inclusive package that is very reasonable compared to others, believe me we looked around, we were able to sample the meal ahead of time and meet the DJ and photographer at one of the monthly open houses so we are going to have our wedding at East Bay CC next year, we are so looking forward to it. So far everything has been 5 stars!

I hosted my daughter's sweet 15 party there. Shannon and her team did an amazing job decorating, making savory food, and serving over 40 teenagers. I look forward to working with them again.
